Stevie Wonder

Stevie needs no introduction or presentation, he simply rocks the groove world and his keyboard skills are unique. Not to mention that he is a great guitarist, bass player and drummer too.

Stevie Wonder was signed with Motown’s Tamla label when he was only 11, can you imagine that?

Stevie was born in Saginaw, Michigan in 1950. He is the third of six children. Owing to his being born six weeks premature, the blood vessels at the back of his eyes had not yet reached the front and their aborted growth caused the retinas to detach.

Wonder’s compositions have always been on the billboards all over the world, some of his best known singles are Superstition, Sir Duke, I Wish and I Just called to say I love you.

I really admire Stevie’s skills on the keyboard, he has such a groove and a unique way of playing chords that no one else has.

I know that Superstition is a classic, but as any other good classic, it never gets old, check out this live performance:

And another classic I love, is Master Blaster (Jammin):
